Can you urinate too often?
People who urinate 11 times a day or more after drinking two litres of fluid may have a problem with urination frequency. Often, the cause of frequent urination can be due to a overactive bladder that causes the urge to urinate. However, Dr. Grafenstein is of the opinion that you can train your bladder, but only if no incontinence problems are present.
